NIDO's design aesthetic is informed by each projects site including the orientation to the sun and views, altitude, local climate, and neighbouring buildings. We then evaluate how the local climate impacts the building physics energy performance and apply rigorous standards of building science into timeless residential design.
Established in 2011 as Brett Sichello Design, the company evolved over the years and eventually incorporated in 2018 to become NIDO Design Inc. At this present moment, Brett Sichello is the sole practicioner therefore every project benefits from direct principal involvement and a deep knowledge base of experience which can be applied to achieve high performance sustainable design.
